The park covers a total area of approximately 88,095 square meters and consists of three high-standard warehouses, which were delivered in the third quarter of 2023. The unit sizes range from 3,600 to 6,600 square meters, encompassing two-story ramp-access and single-story warehouses, with a net height of 9 meters. Tenants can start with a small area and flexibly expand as their orders grow.

The park is equipped with 218 loading and unloading bays, a 1.3-meter hydraulic unloading platform, 470 motor vehicle parking spaces, and approximately 1,000 square meters of non-motor vehicle parking spaces, capable of supporting complete daily operational needs.

The warehouse meets Class C2 standards and is equipped with an automatic sprinkler system, fire hydrants, a fire alarm system, CCTV, ESFR sprinklers, and a security system, enabling 24/7 operations.

CATL has relocated its highperformance battery core component – “good-state charged body” – warehouse to this park. The client had clear requirements for fire safety certification, property services, and leasing flexibility.
