Forest Fuzhou Lianjiang Logistics Park: Powering Industrial Efficiency in Southeast China's New Hub
May 20, 2025
Lianjiang County, Fuzhou—a national marine economy demonstration zone with the longest county-level coastline (238 km)—is a key logistics node within the Fuzhou half-hour economic sphere. Forest Fuzhou Lianjiang Logistics Park is located here and offers quick access to the G104 highway, reaching downtown Fuzhou, Changle International Airport, and rail freight stations within 30 minutes. The park is integrated into the multimodal transport network of Fuzhou Modern Logistics City, enabling efficient distribution across regions.

High-standard Design for Enhanced Efficiency
The park provides 75,213 sqm of high-standard leasable space across four single-story warehouses. Units range from 4,266 to 5,605 sqm and can be flexibly configured to suit both SMEs and large enterprises.

The warehouses feature a portal steel structure, 10.5m clear height, and 3T/sqm floor load capacity, suitable for e-commerce, precision instruments, new energy materials, auto parts, and cold storage.

To boost efficiency, the park includes 1.3m raised platform with hydraulic dock levelers and 106 loading bays, significantly reducing truck wait times. It also supports automation upgrades with planned AGV routes and 5G base stations.

The park is also equipped with Class C-II fire-fighting facilities, integrating automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing systems, indoor and outdoor fire hydrant systems, and automatic fire alarm systems. In terms of lighting, the project chooses an intelligent lighting system to achieve precise zoning control, with 250lux high brightness lighting in the sorting area and 200lux standard lighting in the storage area.

Marine Economy & Smart Logistics: Forest Logistics Properties’s Role in Lianjiang’s Upgrade
Benefiting from Lianjiang’s growing industrial base, such as spanning marine economy, auto parts, new energy, and high-end equipment, the park is ideally positioned to serve cold chain and cross-border supply chain clients. It enables seamless distribution of local products like Lianjiang abalone and Danyang watermelon to key markets such as the Yangtze River Delta and Greater Bay Area within 48 hours.

At the same time, according to news at the beginning of the year, 15 major projects with a total investment of about 6.9 billion yuan have started construction in Danyang Town, Lianjiang, covering multiple fields such as industrial development, infrastructure, and social livelihood.

Logistics parks should not only be a pile of steel and cement, but also a driving force for industrial upgrading. Forest Fuzhou Lianjiang Logistics Park is not just a storage facility, but an enabler of smarter, greener, and more efficient supply chain solutions.
